Dr. Mustafa Nasery

As a multidisciplinary expert, Mr. Nasery has a doctoral degree in political science focusing on governance and state-building efforts in conflict affected countries such as Afghanistan from Germany’s Potsdam University, and a Master’s degree with a specialization in Crisis Management from Turkey’s Fatih University.
Dr. Nasery’s education is accompanied by more than 10 years of research, consultancy, and policy advice in the fields of Governance, Anti-Corruption, Public Administration Reforms, Public Policy, Migration, and Higher Education. As a practitioner, he has worked with various international organizations such as GIZ, USAID, UN, IOM mainly in Afghanistan, but also in Germany, Turkey, Georgia, Iran, and India. Dr. Nasery is fluent in English, Dari, Persian, Turkish, and has moderate, but rapidly improving levels of German and Pashto language skills.
