
Sakhi Bayramli | Co-founder and Board Member
Sakhi Bayramli is a distinguished scholar-practitioner in the fields of Global health policy, health
diplomacy research, health systems, and human rights. His academic formation spans International
Relations, Global Health, and Political Science. As the co-founder and board member of the Bakhtar
Institute and part of various research projects with the United Nations University, Mr. Bayramli has
been actively engaged in cross-regional projects that explore the nexus between diplomacy, public
health, human rights, and peacebuilding initiatives
Mr. Bayramli is multilingual, with fluency in Turkmani, Dari, English, German, and Turkish.
His scholarly contributions, in addition to numerous articles and papers, include authorship of the
Turkish-language monograph “From Balkh to Bonn” and the forthcoming English-language volume
“Which Afghanistan?” (scheduled for publication in March 2026).
